Zagumi is a used clothing factory founded in 2012 in Guangzhou, China. Our factory covers an area of 20,000m³ and recycles 6,000 tons of second hand clothes raw materials from China’s first-tier cities monthly. So far zagumi has exported containers of second hand clothing, used shoes and used bags to many regions around the world. What is our production process?
*First we recycle large quantities of raw materials to prepare for production.
*Secondly, we will quality check the raw materials of used clothing to ensure that the raw materials is 70% to 80% new
*Third, our employees will sort by category on the production line
*Fourth, our quality inspectors will conduct 100% quality inspection on the sorted products.
*Fifth, we weigh the used clothing to ensure weight consistency
*Sixthly, our staff will pack the used clothes according to the weight, usually we can pack 38kg to 100kg.
*Seventh, we will carry out a sampling test before loading to ensure the quality and feedback to the customer.
